The Lamphere High School (LHS) Marching Band will compete in Flight IV of the Michigan Competing Band Association State Finals, Saturday November 7, 2009.
The Flight IV competition starts at 1:10 and the Rams will take the field at 2:00 PM. Flight IV awards will be
at approximately 3:45 PM.
Lamphere is entering the State Finals after a First Place Finish in Flight IV
at Huron Valley where they also captured the Caption Awards for Best Music and
Best Marching. They enter the finals in 9th place (out of 21 bands in Flight
IV) based on their top 2 scores during the season. This season, during the
Saturday Invitationals, they have finished in First twice and second twice.
Tickets at Ford Field are $16.00 for Adults, $12.00 for students and
seniors. Parking at the Ford Field Garage is $6.00. Other lots are
available.
