This raffle was instituted to raise funds that will support and enhance the educational experience of Lamphere students.

Working together, Superintendent Marsha Pando, Lamphere Administrators, Lamphere Band Boosters, Lamphere Athletic Boosters and the Lamphere Activities Fundraising Foundation for Students, are offering only 2000 tickets for sale in this raffle. Tickets will be priced at $50.00 each and are available from members of the above groups and at the Administration Center.

$50,000 in prizes will be awarded on May 27, 2009 at Lamphere High School as follows:

*If 2000 tickets are not sold, the raffle will revert to a 50/50 raffle with all prizes being pro-rated. Winnings subject to all applicable taxes. Prize money may be taken as a scholarship or cash option.

This raffle will raise $50,000 for our students at Lamphere. The proceeds will be split equally between:

• Lamphere Scholarship Fund
• Lamphere Athletic Boosters Club (LABC)
• Lamphere Band Boosters (LBB)
• Lamphere Activities Fundraising Foundation for Students (LAFFS)

In addition to the scholarships from the Lamphere Scholarship fund, each of the other groups listed above has committed to providing at least $2,500 in scholarships to Lamphere seniors every year.

Lamphere Schools is a special district - you hear it everywhere. The Board of Education, administration, staff, students, parents and community all work together to Make a Difference in the lives of Lamphere students.

Your support is needed to make this project work. Helping to sell tickets or talking up the raffle to anyone you meet will go a long way to meeting our goal of selling 2,000 tickets.
